«Office Trips» – is a module for dispatching and processing clients' (corporate, partner, passenger, etc.) orders, which is built into the MyTaxiCRM system and is functionally linked to its other features.
Although the Office Trips module is an integral part of the overall architecture of our ERP & BI system for vehicle fleets, its deployment by MyTaxiCRM users is not mandatory or critically necessary. However, it significantly simplifies all aspects of interaction in cases where the vehicle operator using our system processes orders not only from ride-hailing platform(s) or services-alike through the integration solution, but also has its own ways of generating demand (ride orders) in a variety of ways:
Office Trips not only includes the ability to create and track trips of this nature, but also has several excellent tools that help fleets of any size to effectively organize their activities as a company and simplify interaction with all its elements (passengers, drivers, partners). For example, drivers have access to a personal profile cabinet app which follows the logic of similar ride-hailing apps, where the driver will see Office Trips requests and be able to manage them. You, as the owner or manager of a vehicle fleet, also have all the necessary accounting & financial control instruments at your fingertips (balances for partners in the cashboxes, mutual obligations with contract parties, driver earnings calculations, etc.). All related data and trips details from Office Trips will also be displayed in the relevant sections of various reports. In addition, the built-in Office Trips module, along with other integrations, GPS tracking devices, opens up other beneficial opportunities – preventing potential fraud by your drivers (the system knows when a driver has taken an unauthorized «off-the-register» order) and reducing the amount of loss of income.
It should be noted that each country, market, and jurisdiction may have its own specifics and/or restrictions that will either encourage or limit the ability of vehicle fleets to generate demand on their own and, therefore, use the Office Trips module to organize related processes. However, MyTaxiCRM is extremely flexible in its capabilities and settings – the Office Trips module is designed so as not to violate the regulations of relevant agencies or governmental bodies in any way, but rather to meet the requirements of each and every one of them in each of the countries where we provide B2B SaaS services to our fleet customer base.
