¶ How Contractor сommission work in Office Trips orders?
In the MyTaxiCRM system, 🔗 counterparties can receive commission for corporate 🔗 Office Trips they place. This commission applies only to trips of the «Corporate» type and is accounted for both cash and cashless methods of payment. The «Counterparty» variety of 🔗 commission is the only possible one and is applied automatically for this type of trips.
⚠️ We will explain using the example of the driver John S. McCain and the REST INN. (Apart Hotel) counterparty.

¶ Initial status of driver's revise & commission rates settings
For our examples at the company level, the following Office Trips commission rates are set:
¶ Starting status of driver's revise
- Drivers section → selected driver account → Revise tab.
Before creating the orders, check the driver’s current revise. In our example, we will create trips for April 23rd & 24th, which is the 17th week. At this point, the driver's Total income is 17,575.35₴, and the current account balance is 12,552.29₴.
Gross income from Office Trips is equal to zero (0₴).
¶ Example #1: cash corporate trip with counterparty commission
Trips are created in the Office Trips section of the MyTaxiCRM system.
¶ Where is the completed order created?
Click the «Create a completed order» button in the top right to open the form. The key feature here is that the driver doesn’t need to take any action – the trip is automatically created with the «Done» status and is immediately included in the driver’s revise.

¶ Creating an order with a cash payment method
- Choose the «Corporate trip» type – the «Counterparty» commission variety is applied automatically;
- Select a counterparty.
- Select a driver;
- The car is not auto-filled – add it manually;
- Fill in the pick-up & destination addresses;
- Set the order fare, e.g. 1000₴;
- Select the «Cash» payment method;
8. Please be aware that the following fields are mandatory, as MyTaxiCRM needs this information for scheduling, cashbox tracking, and accurate overrun calculations:
- Trip start date/time
- Travel end date/time
9. The fields «Client name», «Client's phone number», and «Invoice No.» are optional;
10. Add a comment as desired → then Create.
¶ Completed order in the Office Trips section of the MyTaxiCRM system
After creating a completed order:
- The order stage is immediately displayed as «Done»;
- Payment method – «Cash»;
- Estimated cost = Cost (the expected fare is equal to the actual fare and amounts to 1,000₴);
- The income is 750₴, commission amount is 250₴
1,000₴*0.25=250₴, that the counterparty will receive.
¶ Changes in the counterparty's account balance
- To go to the list of counterparties: be at the company level, not a specific fleet → Directory → Counterparty.
- An outstanding balance of 250₴ appears on the account balance of the counterparty selected when creating the order.
Because in the case of a corporate trip, it is the counterparty that acts as the order placing partner for the fleet (in fact, it acts as a dispatcher), and according to the commission setup (in our case, it is set at the rate of 25%), this is the reward for the trip. Since the payment method is cash, the fleet must transfer the specified amount in favor of the counterparty, because the funds were received by the fleet's driver from the passenger. This page of the MyTaxiCRM system allows you to conveniently track and manage mutual obligations between the fleet company and contractor companies.
¶ Impact on the driver's revise
We see the following changes in the driver's revise:
- Office Trips' gross income of +1000₴ (corresponding to the trip fare) appeared;
- The total income from Office Trips is +750₴ (order price minus commission);
- The amount on the balance sheet of Total income has increased and now amounts to 18,325.35₴ because
17,575.35₴+750₴=18,325.35₴; - The Bank transfer amounts to -250₴ (the difference between cash and income is the counterparty's commission, which the driver must return to the fleet's cashbox, which in turn is supposed to be transferred to the counterparty).
¶ Example #2: cashless corporate trip with counterparty commission
Let's use the «Create a completed order» button again (top right in the Office Trips system section), which opens a form where you can create a completed order. This time we will look at the situation with another payment method - cashless («Counterparty»). This means that such a counterparty placed an order for the fleet, but negotiated the price with the client (passenger) and received a full fare.

1,000₴*0.25=250₴, that the counterparty will receive.
¶ Changes in the counterparty's account balance
- Available credits in the amount of 1,000₴ appear on the account balance of the counterparty selected when creating the order and the outstanding balance changes to 500₴ (+250₴).
Why? Because the counterparty, according to the pre-set rate of its commission of 25%, should receive another +250₴ of reward for placing an order in favor of the fleet. At the same time, through the cashless payment method, the counterparty actually owns the entire amount of the ride cost (1,000₴). As a result, in order for the fleet and the counterparty to pay each other for the two previous Office Trips rides, the counterparty only needs to transfer 500₴ (the difference between its receivables and payables) to the fleet.
¶ Impact on the driver's revise
We see the following changes in the driver's revise:
- The amount of gross income from Office Trips has changed – now it is 2000₴ (corresponding to the fare of two orders);
- The total income from Office Trips is amounted to 1,500₴ (the fare of two orders minus the commission);
- The amount on the balance sheet of Total income has increased and now amounts to 19,075.35₴ because
18,325.35₴+750₴=19,075.35₴; - The Bank transfer is 500₴ (now, based on the results of 2 orders, the driver has no obligations to the fleet, as the funds for the second order are on the counterparty's balance sheet).
¶ System advantages
- Automatic accounting & distribution of commissions according to the set parameters;
- Transparent interaction between the fleet, drivers, and contractors;
- Allows clear financial relationships between:
- Fleet ↔ Contractor;
- Fleet ↔ Driver;
- Clear representation of debt obligations (who owes whom and how much);
- Convenient management of payments from hotels, restaurants, and any other establishments or organizations that place orders for their customers in favor of the fleet.
