In MyTaxiCRM, you can define flexible commission levels for different parties involved in Office Trips dispatching: the fleet, drivers, or counterparties. This allows you to control revenue distribution and incentivize contributors effectively.
¶ Order Types: Standard trip vs. Corporate trip
In the Office Trips module, there are two types of bookings, which have their own varieties of commissions:
- Standard trip
- Corporate trip
Each type has its own commission calculation and handling logic.
¶ Commission options for Standard trips
For Standard trip, two commission varieties are available:
1. «Fleet» Commission
- The ride fare is entered by the user (e.g., €100).
- A defined percentage (e.g., 20%) is withheld as profit for the fleet.
- The fleet's profit of €20 is generated from this commission, as it acts as the initiator of the order (dispatcher).
2. «Driver» Commission
- A defined percentage (e.g., 10%) is credited to the driver’s balance.
- Used in cases where the driver personally brought the client and initiated the order.
For corporate trips, there is only one commission variety:
- There is no commission variety dropdown option.
- The system automatically applies a commission that is credited to the counterparty’s account.
- This reflects the counterparty’s role in bringing in the client or generating the booking.
Navigate to Finance → Cooperation and Bonuses → Commissions Office Trips.

You’ll see three separate blocks – each corresponding to one variety of commission target:
1. «Fleet» commission block
- Set a percentage (e.g., 20%).
- If the ride fare is €100:
- €80 go into general company revenue;
- €20 go directly to the fleet’s profit.
2. «Driver» commission block
- Set a percentage (e.g., 10%).
- From a €100 fare:
- €90 go into general revenue;
- €10 are credited to the driver as a personal bonus.
3. «Counterparty» commission block
- Used when counterparties (contractors) generate orders.
- A percentage (e.g., 25%) is credited to the counterparty’s balance as commission for bringing clients.

In addition to general values, it is possible to set individual commission rates.
⚠️ Priority logic: individual values always overrides general values (the system applies individual values to those participants for whom they are set and applies typical values to all others).
- Go to the driver’s profile and set a custom percentage (Commissions Office Trips → Add).
- Example: 15% for this particular one, while others retain the global 10%.
- The system will apply the individual rate only for that driver’s trips.

- In the counterparty’s profile, set an individual commission rate (Directory → Counterparty → Commissions Office Trips).
- The same rule applies: if an individual value is set, it overrides the global setting for that counterparty.

Commission settings in Office Trips allow for:
- Clear revenue sharing logic, depending on the type of trip.;
- Motivate drivers and contractors to attract passengers (place orders);
- Automation of financial distribution based on booking source and role.
