In this article, we will look at how the function of creating Completed 🔗 Office Trips orders of the Standard type with a «Driver» variety commission works, as well as the impact of such order on the driver's revise.

In such a scenario, you can create trips retroactively without directly involving the driver in the order execution process. This is useful, for example, for manually adding business trips or adjusting reporting.
Click the «Create a completed order» button in the top right to open the form. The key feature here is that the driver doesn’t need to take any action – the trip is automatically created with the «Done» status and is immediately included in the driver’s revise.
7. Please be aware that the following fields are mandatory, as MyTaxiCRM needs this information for scheduling, cashbox tracking, and accurate overrun calculations:
8. The fields «Client name», «Client's phone number», and «Invoice No.» are optional;
9. Add a comment as desired → then Create.
Go to the card of the selected John S. McCain
driver account (Drivers section in MyTaxiCRM), find the revise of the required week in the Revise tab.
Before creating the order, check the driver’s current revise. In our example, the ride is for 17th of May (week #20). At this point, the driver's Total income is 17,272.7₴, and the current account balance is 6,353.49₴.
Gross income from Office Trips is equal to 500₴.
