¶ Creating a Standard Office Trips ride with the Driver commission
In this article, we will look at how the function of creating Completed 🔗 Office Trips orders of the Standard type with a «Driver» variety commission works, as well as the impact of such order on the driver's revise.

¶ When and why to create completed orders manually?
In such a scenario, you can create trips retroactively without directly involving the driver in the order execution process. This is useful, for example, for manually adding business trips or adjusting reporting.
Click the «Create a completed order» button in the top right to open the form. The key feature here is that the driver doesn’t need to take any action – the trip is automatically created with the «Done» status and is immediately included in the driver’s revise.
¶ How to create a completed order
- Choose the «Standard» trip type – this enables commission variety selection;
- Select a driver;
- The car is not auto-filled – add it manually;
- Fill in the pick-up & destination addresses;
- Set the order fare, e.g. 1,000₴;
- In «Commission» menu, select «Driver»;
7. Please be aware that the following fields are mandatory, as MyTaxiCRM needs this information for scheduling, cashbox tracking, and accurate overrun calculations:
- Trip start date/time
- Travel end date/time
8. The fields «Client name», «Client's phone number», and «Invoice No.» are optional;
9. Add a comment as desired → then Create.
¶ How the completed order appears in the revise
Go to the card of the selected John S. McCain driver account (Drivers section in MyTaxiCRM), find the revise of the required week in the Revise tab.
¶ Initial state of revise
Before creating the order, check the driver’s current revise. In our example, the ride is for 17th of May (week #20). At this point, the driver's Total income is 17,272.7₴, and the current account balance is 6,353.49₴.
Gross income from Office Trips is equal to 500₴.
¶ After creating the completed order
- The order stage is immediately displayed as «Done»;
- A delete icon appears on the left;
- On the right, you’ll see trip details:
- Estimated cost = Cost (the expected fare is equal to the actual fare and amounts to 1,000₴);
- The 🔗 commission (predefined in the system) is displayed as 10% for the driver
1,000₴*0.1=100₴; - The income from the order is calculated.
¶ Viewing changes in the driver’s revise
We see the following changes in the driver revise:
- Office Trips Gross income increased to 1,500₴ (grew by the amount of the last order fare +1,000₴);
- The direct Driver's reward driver's direct remuneration has increased to 150₴ (+100₴). And in our case, this is actually the added amount of the commission according to its rate of 10% from the last order;
- The Total income from Office Trips is 1,350₴ (+900₴) – the initial balance of the item plus the revenue from the order minus the commission from it;
- The amount on the balance sheet of Total income has increased and now amounts to 18,172.7₴ because
17,272.7₴+900₴=18,172.7₴.
