The Price Matrix functionality allows you to pre-define ride fares based on several available parameters: car make/model, trip duration, or specific areas for each Counterparty. These rates are automatically applied when creating Office Trips order, helping vehicle fleets standardize pricing and speed up order processing.
You must be at company level in your MyTaxiCRM user account (e.i. All fleets) → Directory (left pane) → Counterparty → pick desired Counterparty → price matrix (Package fares & Areas fares tabs).
The Price Matrix is part of each Counterparty’s profile and provides two separate pricing setup options:

Both types simplify fare calculation and ensure that drivers, dispatchers, and accountants use the same pricing rules.
⚠️ We'll explain using the example of the Tamani Hotel and GMS Yukon & BYD Han vehicles.
Purpose: to define hourly or day-based tariffs tied to car make/model(s).
How to create:


Once saved, all fares for that Counterparty appear in the list with columns:
Editing and/or deleting:
⮂ icon to open the action window for particular package – choose Edit package fare or Delete package fare.
Purpose: to set up pricing between defined pick-up and destination zones (points).

⚠️ You can add multiple destination areas under the same price list to manage grouped routes.
Editing and/or deleting:
When creating a new Office Trips order, select Counterparty – the system will automatically apply the rates set in its account.

Select Fare type:
To use an Areas Fare, also ensure that the selected car make/model has a valid price matrix for this counterparty.

To use a Package Fare, make sure the selected car make/model has an active price matrix for this counterparty.

A fleet collaborates with Tamani Hotel and provides both hourly rental and fixed airport transfers:
GMC Yukon);BYD Han).When a dispatcher creates a trip for this counterparty, the Amount field automatically fills according to the selected fare and car type (make/model).
⚠️ The established price matrix is automatically applied to Office Trips orders where the counterparty receives commission, including in previously scheduled orders. The tariff rules that apply are those created for a specific Counterparty.
