Let’s walk through a scheduled Office Trips order step‑by‑step: type → Standard, commission variety → Fleet. You’ll see how a dispatcher books a future trip in the 🔗 Office Trips section, how the driver receives «Office Trip» request in the 🔗 Personal cabinet and how statuses progress from planning to finilize.
⚠️ We'll explain this process using the example of the Zubair Ahmed
.
Planned orders are used when you need to lock a ride for a specific time in advance, make sure a driver explicitly confirms availability, and keep the upcoming workload visible for both dispatcher and driver.
Let’s create a new Planned Office Trips order with the Standard trip type and Fleet commission, then assign it to our driver to see the entire workflow from the CRM interface (Office Trips section of the MyTaxiCRM system in the navigation menu on the left).
Trip type – Standard trip or Corporate trip (In this example, we will choose a Standard trip);
Pickup time – any date and time in the future (In this example, we will choose 8 a.m.);
Start order in – time until the trip when the driver will be asked to start the trip (In this example, we will choose 15 minutes);
Expected trip duration – estimated length of the trip in minutes (In this example, we will choose 120 minutes);
Pickup / Destination address – the address where the passenger should be picked up and the address where they should be dropped off;
Amount – the amount to be paid by the passenger;
Commission – choosing between Fleet and Driver;
Optional – client details, comment and/or driver.
Pick Up Notes – multi-line comment with any important information for the driver (In this example, we will write «Passenger has luggage – please assist»);
See how each status badge changes in the CRM from creation to completion so you always know the order’s exact stage.
