¶ How a Driver can submit a ride Price Review request in Office Trips?
In MyTaxiCRM, drivers can initiate a request to adjust the fare of an Office Trips ride if the actual amount of cash received from the customer (passenger) differs from the set price. This functionality is only available for Standard trip type.
¶ Creating a test trip
To explore this feature, an order must first be created in the system:
- Create a new order with the type set to «Standard» (Office Trips → Create an order).
- Select a driver – the system will automatically assign a car according to the schedule or vehicle handover act.
- Enter the following:
- pickup location;
- destination (drop-off);
- fare amount.
- Leave the payment type as Cash and commission variety unchanged.
After that, the ride will appear in the MyTaxiCRM system with the appropriate progress status.
¶ Completing the trip and creating a price review request
When the driver completes the ride in their personal cabinet app, a button becomes available: «A different amount received». By tapping this button, the driver can report that they received a different cash amount than what was originally set.
Example:
- The system initial fare is €120.
- The driver only received €80.
- The driver enters this actual amount in the first field.
- In the second field, they add a comment explaining the situation.
- Once submitted, the request is sent for review.
¶ Reviewing the request in the dashboard
After submission:
- Go to Office Trips in the section in MyTaxiCRM.
- A notification appears, prompting the fleet manager to take action.
- Click the «Show» button to open a table of all trips with «Pending review» status.
- The table shows:
- the updated amount entered by the driver (e.g., €80);
- a hint icon indicating the fare was reduced.
¶ Approving or rejecting the request
- Before approval, no changes are reflected in the driver’s revise.
- If the request is rejected:
- the system reverts to the original state;
- the driver is expected to collect the full amount (e.g., €120).
- If the request is approved:
- status changes to «Done»;
- the fare difference and request status are displayed.
¶ Driver statement after approval
Once the request is confirmed:
- The cash amount in the driver’s statement is updated (e.g., from €120 → €80).
- The profit amount from this ride is adjusted accordingly.
This ensures accurate financial reporting and reflects the real cash exchange between the passenger and driver.
