Office Trips stations is an object in the MyTaxiCRM system; a special spot that drives can pick in their personal cabinet when they start working with Office Trips.
Such a choice will have two consequences: firstly, the driver will be marked in the Online section of the system as awaiting orders; secondly, that location can be selected as the starting point (passenger(s) pick-up) or end point (drop-off/destination) for Office Trips orders.
Office Trips stations are located in the «Directory» section in the left navigation panel at the company level.
New stations can be created using the «Create Station» button at the top right.
To create a new station, it is necessary to:
⚠️ The newly created Office Trips station will only be available to drivers from the fleet you selected when creating it. This implementation allows you to manage Office Trips at the level of the fleet unit and the specific location where it operates (within a specified city or territorial area).
Essentially, Office Trips stations, in tandem with contractors, provide the functionality of a private dispatch system for vehicle fleets, embedded into MyTaxiCRM.
From the driver's viewpoint, stations are necessary to allow them to complete trips that they create themselves or receive on behalf of their fleet manager. In their personal cabinet, drivers:

To change the type of an order created by a driver to a corporate one, you need to assign the station to a contractor:

After that, an order will appear in the driver's app that needs to be accepted and carried out. The execution scenario (procedure) is very similar to the ones in the ride-hailing apps of «Uber», «Bolt», or «Careem».
