- Заплановані поїздки: функціонал «Office Trips» було значно розширено, і тепер він підтримує повний цикл попередніх замовлень. Нова функція дозволяє створювати поїздки заздалегідь, гнучко керувати їхнім статусом та забезпечує більш тісну взаємодію в режимі реального часу між диспетчером/менеджером автопарку та водієм.
- Планування та організація: можливість заздалегідь створювати поїздки (на конкретну дату/час) з призначенням водіїв або без нього.
- Статуси з поліпшеннями UI/UX: в систему Office Trips введені нові статуси (наприклад, «Очікує підтвердження» чи «Підтверджено водієм») з різнобарвним кодуванням, що дозволяє диспетчерам легко відстежувати життєвий цикл кожного створеного замовлення.
- Неперевершена гнучкість: диспетчери тепер мають більше контролю, включаючи можливість редагувати час прибуття ТЗ для запланованих заздалегідь поїздок та примусово завершувати активні замовлення.
- Вдосконалення додатку особистого кабінету водіїв: додано можливість відхиляти вхідні запити на замовлення – раніше було лише дві опції: прийняти або проігнорувати (не відповідати) на такі запити. До «Dashboard» додано окреме представлення переліку майбутніх (запланованих наперед) замовлень списком.
- Покращення звітів: звіт «Bonus Program Performance» було покращено шляхом додавання детального розділу з розбивкою (деталізацією) умов.
- Запобігання шахрайству (т.зв. «Fraud Trips»): впроваджено додатковий алгоритм для виявлення та позначення потенційно шахрайських поїздок у звіті «Штрафи за перепробіги». Для поїздок, позначених як підозрілі, у деталях звіту тепер відображається інформаційна підказка.
Ця функція сумісна лише з автомобілями, обладнаними певними GPS-пристроями та встановленими датчиками завантаженості сидінь (наявності пасажирів). - Розрахунок прибутків з «Bolt» через відкритий API: впроваджено альтернативний метод розрахунку прибутку в режимі реального часу для платформи «Bolt» через Open API, що підвищує стабільність і точність даних.
- Покращення інтеґрації платформи-агрегатора «Bolt»: відтепер ви можете присвоювати унікальні імена (мітки) кожній з ваших ідентичних інтеґрацій (наприклад, якщо у вас є два облікові записи «Bolt»), щоб полегшити їх розрізнення в звітах.
- Покращення розділу «Онлайн»: MyTaxiCRM тепер може розраховувати та відображати «час очікування» водія (на додаток до часу «на лінії»); включати його до «Driver Report Card».
- ТЗ: до відповідного списку типів за різновидом пального додано варіант гібриду, що заряджається (PHEV). До картки (обл. запису) авто системи додано поля «Номер двигуна» та «Номер шасі».
- Вдосконалення (β) Public Rest API: дані про онлайн-статус були розширені, тепер вони включають час початку зміни водія.
- Виправлено різні помилки: дублювання бонусів; подія «Екіпаж» («Графік»); баланс водія. vs. скасовані поїздки Office Trips; проблеми із синхронізацією даних автівок з інтеґрації «Uber».

- Вдосконалення розділів «Графік», «Картки ТЗ» та «Прийом-передача авто» системи: впроваджено нову функцію «Екіпаж», призначеної для автопарків, де одним авто користується команда (група) з декількох водіїв. Ця функція дозволяє прямо призначити автівку набору водіїв, підвищуючи прозорість та спрощуючи процес обліку ротації змін.
- Інтеґрація платформи-агрегатора «Uber»: додано автоматичне присвоєння «Автомобіль ⮂ Водій» через акт прийому-передачі. Відтепер під час створення акту прийому-передачі система може автоматично присвоїти певний ТЗ конкретному водієві згідно рамок взаємодії з платформою-агрегатором. Ця функція є добровільною і може бути ввімкнена/вимкнена для користувачів MyTaxiCRM за бажанням.
- Інтеґрація платформи-агрегатора «Bolt»: удосконалено розрахунок бонусів. Додано можливість створювати багаторівневі бонусні програми (відповідно до кожного цільового показника), в яких бонус буде розраховуватися та застосовуватися автоматично, коли водій виконає низку вимог, що базуються не тільки на кількості здійснених поїздок, але й на ключових показниках ефективності (KPI) від «Bolt», таких як коефіцієнт прийняття замовлень (AR) та/або час онлайн в годинах (OH).
- Інтеґрація платформи-агрегатора «Careem»: поліпшення формування звітів щодо проїзду платними дорогами. Додано підтримку (.xlsx) файлів розширених звітів.
- Примітка: щоб увімкнути дану функцію, необхідно налаштувати переадресацію електронних листів, що містять такі файли звітів від «Careem» (а також попередньо надіслати запит на отримання таких звітів, якщо ви наразі не отримуєте їх регулярно). Інструкції ТУТ
- Розрахунок перепробігів: оновлений алгоритм, що відтепер базується на сумі поїздок водіїв.
- Нова інтеґрація: додано постачальника GPS.AZ для ринку Азербайджану.
- Розширено права для ролі «Власник» користувачів системи MyTaxiCRM. Додано нові повноваження та можливості, які раніше були доступні лише для ролі «Адміністратор».
- Покращення (β) Public Rest API: додано можливість обміну даними GPS автівок водіїв у режимі реального часу.

- Оновлений дизайн звіту «Табель водія» з деталізацією по інтеграціях: колонки «Загальний дохід», «Усього готівки» та «Усього поїздок» відтепер містять підсумкові суми, які можна розгорнути, щоб побачити детальну розбивку по кожній із платформ-агрегаторів (службі таксі).
- Облік прямих виплат від платформ-агрегаторів до водія: до «Звірки» водія додано новий рядок «Пряма виплата водію» («Direct payment»). Вона дозволяє коректно враховувати кошти, які платформи-агрегатори виплачують водію напряму, без участі автопарку. Наразі функціонал доступний для інтеграції «Uklon».
- Покращена робота з реєстрами штрафів: відтепер їх можна завантажувати до системи без попередньо заповненого графіка чи історії виданих автомобілів за актом передач. Додано статистику для відстеження кількості зіставлених та незіставлених з обл. записами водіїв штрафів.
- Міграція на «Bolt» Open API для синхронізації автівок.
- Додано підтримку кирилиці в імені власника картки («Card owner name»).
- Оптимізовано алгоритм розрахунку маршрутів для GPS «DT»: підвищено точність визначення проміжків пробігу автомобіля без поїздок.

- Tariff Rules Catalog: a new feature has been implemented that allows creating, managing, & assigning presets of tariff rules for drivers. This provides flexibility in managing cooperation terms & futher automates calculations:
- Rule Creation – ability to create multiple unique tariff rules at the fleet level;
- Flexible Assignment – rules can be assigned to individual drivers or as a default preset for the entire fleet;
- Convenient Management – rule's card displays a list of drivers assigned to it, and the driver's card shows their current (assigned) tariff rule;
- Further Recalculation Automation – editing a rule automatically triggers a recalculation of reconciliations for all associated drivers;
- Catalog Organization – rules in the catalog can be sorted & deleted (this functionality replaces & expands the previous «Cooperation Terms and Bonuses» section).
- Informative dashboard with key performance indicators has been added to the «Driver Timesheet» report for quick visual assessment.
- (β) Public Rest API Implemented: endpoints have been added for deeper integration with third-party systems & process automation.

- Accounting for toll road compensations from the ride-hailing platforms: added the ability to account for toll road compensations from the aggregator in the driver's current account. The compensation accounting option in the «Fleet Profit» section is available for configuration at the fleet level.
- Fines have been renamed to «Driver’s penalties»: introduced the ability to add a new fine type to driver reconciliation – «Fleet Penalties» (the «Traffic Violations» type is available). This type of penalty increases the accounts payable to the counterparty to whom the fleet must pay the fine and allows for the reallocation of the fine payment to the driver.
- New transaction type «Toll Roads»: added the ability to deduct funds from the driver via Revise for toll road usage. This transaction reduces the fleet’s accounts receivable to the counterparty whose account automatically debits funds for tolls.
