In order for your fleet to take advantage of all the features of the various modules and sections of the MyTaxiCRM system, drivers must register with a dedicated Telegram 🔗 bot that is integrated with the system. Registration will allow drivers to receive important notifications and information while working for the fleet and serves as an additional point of contact, in addition to their personal cabinet app.
⚠️ First, the driver must download and install the 🔗 Telegram app on their smartphone.

Let's look at an example of a driver named Theodore Tykkhund
.
1. The driver opens the bot in Telegram → clicks the «Start» button → then «Sign up».
2. Enter his first & last name exactly as they appear on his MyTaxiCRM profile card.
3. Enter internal numerical identifier «OllPay ID».
After entering these values, a system confirmation message will appear, indicating successful registration.

Displays the driver’s financial statement for the current week, including:
Displays the same structure of data, but for the previous week: yesterday's balance (90427.84₴), online balance (0₴), total balance (90427.84₴); sources of new ride requests («Bolt»); deposit (0₴) & debt (0₴).
As soon as the driver receives an assignment from the built-in Office Trips fleets dispatcher, it will appear in the Telegram bot. The driver will also receive system notifications about the forced change of status to «Offline».
There is another, faster method of granting access to the Telegram bot to the driver. The driver still needs to have the Telegram app pre-installed, but most of the actions in this case are performed by the fleet owner or manager from the MyTaxiCRM panel. Specifically:
