Please follow the steps below, copy the data, and send it to MyTaxiCRM support:
Use the Google Chrome browser to log in to your fleet account on the Bolt Fleet portal (🔗 https://fleets.bolt.eu/login/?lang=en&tab=email_username).
At the top right, tap the gray silhouette icon 👤 → go to Settings in the menu.

❗ Please note: due to changes in the technical implementation of data exchange on the «Bolt» side, existing customers will also need to follow the steps described above in this section of the article. If due to some reason the API key data was generated earlier in your fleet account on the «Bolt» portal, it will not be enough to simply forward it; first, you need to re-generate (update) the data using the Renew button (Settings → API) → forward the new data to MyTaxiCRM support. We recommend doing that as early as possible to avoid any potential negative consequences.
Synchronization of details and info exchange between MyTaxiCRM and the «Bolt» ride-hailing platform is implemented at the level of the fleet company's accounts on the respective portals. All you need to connect is your login details for your fleet account to the «Bolt Fleet» portal (🔗 https://fleets.bolt.eu/login?tab=email_username):
