In this article, we will look at the «Driver → Fleet» type of handover act, when the manager or owner forcibly returns the vehicle to the fleet without the driver's consent; that is, takes the vehicle away from the person to whom it was assigned until that moment.
In the «Timetable» section of the system (select the appropriate item from the menu on the left).
- We can see that the vehicle
Maserati, 2009
with registration number MQ45YM89
is currently being used by driver John S. McCain
– the corresponding rectangle opposite the car indicating this.

In the «Vehicle Handover» section of the system (select the appropriate item from the menu on the left).
- We can see that the vehicle
Maserati Quattroporte, 2009
with license plate MQ45YM89
is currently assigned to driver John S. McCain
according to the corresponding act of issuing #0000021
(type «Fleet → Driver»).

- In the personal cabinet of the driver
John S. McCain
, the car MQ45YM89, Maserati Quattroporte
is listed in the MY CAR section (i.e., it is available for use by the driver).
- The corresponding act of receiving (
#0000021
) according to which this vehicle was received by the driver is indicated below.

To return a vehicle to the fleet without the driver's involvement, the fleet manager or owner must go to the «Vehicle Handover» section of the MyTaxiCRM system (select the appropriate item from the menu on the left) → click the red «Pick up the car from the driver» button at the top right.
- У полі Auto → select the desired vehicle by its registration number (license numberplate);
- In the Mileage (km) field, enter the current value of the vehicle's odometer;
- In the Damage menu, select whether you are returning a car with any cosmetic damage:
- If you select Yes → an additional item Defects photos will appear below, along with the ⊕ Add button, which you can use to upload at least one or more photos of the damage.
- If you select No → nothing else needs to be done in this item.
- In the Oil level menu, select the appropriate option:
- Normal → level within normal operating specifications.
- Refill required → oil must be added and the technical condition of the ICE must be monitored.
- In the Coolant menu, select the appropriate option:
- Normal → level within normal operating specifications.
- Refill required → cooling fluid needs to be topped up and the technical condition of the cooling system needs to be monitored.
- In the Technical passport for the car menu, select the appropriate option:
- Present → vehicle registration certificate (technical passport) is valid & available.
- Missing → the vehicle does not have a certificate of state registration (technical passport).

- The Exterior photo block is necessary so that the receiving sider can assess & confirm the prior condition of the vehicle body/paintwork, the absence/presence of damage, and accept the responsibility:
- Front → ⊕ Add (we recommend taking a photo so that the numberplate is visible).
- Back → ⊕ Add (photo of the vehicle's rear).
- On the right side → ⊕ Add (photo of the right side).
- On the left side → ⊕ Add (photo of the left side).
- The Inside photo block is necessary so that the receiving sider can assess & confirm the prior condition of the vehicle body/paintwork, the absence/presence of damage, and accept the responsibility:
- Dashboard → ⊕ Add (photo of the instrument cluster; we recommend doing this with the engine running so that the readings are visible in the shot, such as the odometer reading, the presence/absence of error indicators, etc.).
- Under the hood → ⊕ Add (open the bonnet, secure the lid, take a photo of the components & assemblies).
- Front interior → ⊕ Add (photo of the front of the cabin).
- Rear interior → ⊕ Add (photo of the passengers' compartment).
- Photo of the open trunk → ⊕ Add (open the trunk lid and take a photo).

- In the Comment field window, add a note for yourself or another fleet manager (for example, about the technical condition of the returning vehicle, specific reasons that led to this action, etc.) → click the green Create button.
A new act immediately appears in the Vehicle Handover section of the system:
- Certificate
#0000022
of Driver → Fleet type immediately gets the ✓ Confirmed status;
- A red 👤 icon appears in the Certificate type column – it indicates that the act of
Maserati Quattroporte, 2009
vehicle handover (numberplate MQ45YM89
) was created without the driver's participation.

In the detailed view of Certificate #0000022, we find:
- Which car was returned to the fleet (
MQ45YM89
; Maserati Quattroporte, 2009
);
- A red warning message The certificate was created without the driver's participation;
- Transfer path: TRANSFER SIDE
John S. McCain
(Driver) → RECEIVING SIDE User Demo
(OWNER); where the latter is the owner of the vehicle fleet (MyTaxiCRM system user).

- In the personal cabinet app, the vehicle of driver
John S. McCain
disappears: block MY CAR → No car assigned.

Reflection in the Timetable section of the MyTaxiCRM system:
- The gray event bar indicating that the car is in use by
John S. McCain
stops; it terminates exactly at the moment when the forced act was created;
- No new bar appears unless the vehicle is reassigned to another driver.
